Golden Triangle

The Golden Triangle refers to India's most-travelled tourist circuit connecting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur - three cities forming a rough triangle on the map, each roughly 200-250 km apart. Delhi, the capital, layers Mughal monuments, colonial-era buildings and modern city life. Agra, on the banks of the Yamuna, is home to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, relics of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan's reign.
